Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note the following rules:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns

  • Opened or used cosmetic/personal care products cannot be returned or refunded

  • Final sale items cannot be returned


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused, unopened, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will review the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, this does not apply to opened or used cosmetic/personal care products, which remain non-returnable.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (minus the 25% restocking fee).

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
